Cooee Classics delivers worldwide. Our preferred carrier is Australia Post.
After completing your order and proceeding to the online checkout you may select your delivery method from ParcelPost or Express Post (Australia only), or International Airmail. The checkout will calculate the exact amount based on the weight of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Weights are based on gross weight of purchases. Please note that not all of these services are available to all countries.
According to Australia Post, the following delivery times will apply:
Parcel Post: Delivery within Australia 3-5 business days depending upon destination.
Express Post: Next business day delivery within Australia (within Australia Post ExpressPost zones).
Airmail: Delivery within 3-10 business days depending upon destination.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times of these services which may be delayed if parcels are subject to customs inspection. If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery, please email us at sales@cooeeClassics.com and we will provide a quote. If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please include your company name in the address details to ensure prompt delivery.
CUSTOMS
We abide by import restrictions of each destination country and are required to state the contents and value of each parcel dispatched. Customs duties may be payable and are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver of the order.
Please also note that customs may open or inspect your order which may result in a delay.
RETURNED PARCELS
Parcels returned due to no fault of Cooee Classics (i.e. an incorrectly given or incomplete address or parcel not collected from post office) will only be resent at the customers expense. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. We will confirm by email when your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
At Cooee, we package every order with the utmost care to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery. It is very rare for any orders to be damaged in transit, however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Cooee at sales@cooeeClassics.com immediately. We will do our best to rectify the problem.
